On demand payments

Hi I've just received this months bill and there's 2 payments for on demand and I was wondering if I can find out what was watched. Have spoken to live chat and they can only tell me over 18. Ky partner isn't very tech savvy so not sure if he done it by accident so really need to know what the programmes were, is there any way of finding out, cheers

  • We haven't put our pin in for anything and when you say adult channel , do you mean ADULT or anything over 18 eg film

      If this were a film/movie or TV show that was certified over 18. It would advise the title of the film/TV show on the billing.

      Anything that shows Additional Feature 18 is an ADULT channel purchase, which can only be purchased when clicking on the channel and entering the PIN to watch if you have a parental PIN in place, and then a PIN again to make a payment.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the on-demand charges on your latest billing. 

    So if the live chat has advised that these are over 18's. Does your billing show them as 'Additional Feature 18'? This would be all that is visible, as these are the Adult channels you would need to pay to view. It doesn't tell us the exact programme name that was watched, just that they are the additional features 18, which relates to an Adult channel purchase. 

    To purchase these channels, you need to enter the PIN on the set-top first. Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the Community Forums if needed.
