Old email for new contract
Hello,
Back in July last year I changed the email address on my account. I have been receiving emails from Virgin Media to this address ever since then. However, two days ago, I renewed my contract, and the emails confirming the new contract were sent to my old email. I will soon be closing the old email down, so it is important that all email is now sent to the new address. I have looked at my account details online and it is my current address, so I am not sure why the new contract went to my old email. Can anyone tell me how to fix this and make sure nothing else goes to the old email?
