Old email address on contract

I renewed my contract yesterday and I didn't receive a confirmation email. When I checked I realised the email confirmation was sent to an old email address that isnโ€™t active anymore. I saw people had luck solving via the community and I was wondering what is the best way to get this fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that you have not received your contract documents due to an old email. Reaching out to the contact team ๐Ÿ“ž0345 454 1111, they have the access to switch your old email out for the new one and you can have access to your online account as well as your documents.

    We on Social Media can send out documents to an alternative email address and going forward, but for your online account you would need to reach out to the contact team. I will send you a private message for the sending of documents.

    Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
