Reaching out to the contact team ๐0345 454 1111, they have the access to switch your old email out for the new one and you can have access to your online account as well as your documents.
We on Social Media can send out documents to an alternative email address and going forward, but for your online account you would need to reach out to the contact team. I will send you a private message for the sending of documents.
