Offered new contract over phone how do I get back to them to accept?

Hi all.

I was offered a new contract over the phone but said I'd need to think about it.

I've thought about it and want to accept but can't find how to do that. Chat services didn't have a note of it.

Any ideas?

    If you phone in and take the 'thinking of leaving us' options, they might have a record of the offer.

    But all these offers are one-off, and once you have shown you are keen by phoning back they may not offer the same deal. Whatever happens, get a written offer before accepting anything.

    Phoned 150 and spoke to someone who couldn't find the offer I had been made. Gave me another offer that was much more expensive than the first one so declined. Looks like I'm going back to Sky.

    Exactly as predicted. Once you have phoned back and they know you are interested, the price goes up.
