Number Port delayed and can’t extend cancellation
I had put my 30 day notice to Virgin and was due to go with Sky Broadband on 09th January 2024.
my disconnection with Virgin broadband is 13/01/2024.
Sky have had to delay until latest 30/01/2024 as there was issues with external cable.
I called Virgin to ask to have my cut off date extended but was told Sky Ported my number on 09/01/2024 and so they can’t extend cut off and to request Sky to cancel export.
Sky are saying the Port has been delayed and my number is still with Virgin.
any help greatly appreciated as I can’t go weeks without internet when I sometimes work from home.
