Hi all,
i access my ntlworld.com email through my Iphone and have done for many years. I have the need now to access my emails from a laptop. Unfortunately though i cannot remember my ntlworld email password.
I'm looking for a way to either reset it or propmt for it so i can enter it in the setting on my laptop.
I've still got full access to my emails on my phone but can see no way of viewing the password.

Login to MVM and reset your email password from the email section.
If you can't remember the password then you will need to use the forgotten password route to reset the password for the My VM account and email.
