NTL - Secondary Account - TV GO & Sky Sports

Hi, lost the lot, all disappeared!!

Unable to see my bills and contract, telling me I am a secondary account holder, which is worrying as I am the only account holder.

Now unable to access TV Go and sky sports

Paying for c.1100mbs on the new Box5, but been getting 94.7mb down and 94mb up with cable and 36.3mb down and 28mb up with wifi.

All gone south since the move from hub 3 to 5

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment. Are you using the primary email address to login to your account and has that always been the primary email address? Regarding the faults with your WiFi, have you tried to reboot your hub since you first started to experience these issues?

      Sorry for the delay Steven_L, all sorted now less the speed, yes rebooted on a number of times since instalation of the hub5.

      Carried out the speed test via my VM account at 10.35am this morning

      Cable - D 94.7 - Up 99.3 ............ WiFi - D 44.6 - Up 51.5

      Ether way, I'm not getting 1gb, not that I expect that every hour of the day. I have been told that 1gb is leaving your end, but certainly, never arrived my end.
