Nothing further since order confimration email

Hello I am also receiving this same problem and now have been left with no internet for a week when my delivery was supposed to arrive 4 days ago.

ive had no account open or account ID or tracking ID to track anything.

after have painful phone calls with the virgin media to only get met with bad service and still no confirmation or anything.

      I was sent the contacts information & summary sheets and was given the contact number sheet but nothing else. 
      ive been told im expecting a call in the next 24hrs so not sure if i should call or not.
