Not delivered
Not happy at all. Virgin media package due to be delivered today. Received an email from yodel saying they had tried, but no one was in, they’ll try again on Monday.
First, we were in and nobody tried to deliver.
Second, they said the driver left a card. No he didn’t.
Third. Do virgin now expect me to take a day off of work to receive a package I specifically requested to be delivered at the weekend?, Are they going to reimburse my loss of earnings? Haven’t even started with virgin and already it appears to be an absolute s@@tshow. Doesn’t bode well……
Maybe someone from virgin could contact me to discuss this and the fact that I’ll be without WiFi for the next however long with 4 school age kids, whilst they still plan on generating my first bill in 3 days time. As I said, not happy.
