Not been sent a renewal email or a reminder to cancel TNT?

So my contract ends on 12th September and have not been sent a renewal notice or a reminder to cancel the free offer for TNT?

I want to renegotiate my contract as it will go up from £82 to £153 this month so I am not paying that!

I tried to ring billing and cancellations but Virgins call system is abysmal and I couldn't actually speak to anyone about it.

Can anyone from Virgin help with this please?

    OK, after 2 more attempts at phoning I have finally got through to an agent, first call got cut off but he did ring back, he has now renegotiated my contract and I have got a better deal :)

    Just wish it was easier to call Virgin!
