Not add my first virgin bill yet

Just checking on my virgin app under billing it states your first bill isn't ready yet as I'm a new customer it's not been processed yet so it states your first bill isn't ready yet from Jonathan

    You won't be able to view your first bill via the online account until that first bill has been produced.

    You'll receive an email once that first bill has been produced and is ready to view online 😊

    You'll need to check that first bill carefully to make sure that it's exactly what you signed up for.  They keep you waiting for the bill until after the 14 days cancellation period has expired, which makes it very difficult for you to complain if the payment they have taken is wrong.
