Not add my first virgin bill yet
Just checking on my virgin app under billing it states your first bill isn't ready yet as I'm a new customer it's not been processed yet so it states your first bill isn't ready yet from Jonathan

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
You won't be able to view your first bill via the online account until that first bill has been produced.
You'll receive an email once that first bill has been produced and is ready to view online 😊
