I didn't receive a welcome email with information of my account. I've got the WiFi router being delivered today but I can't even track where that is.. I'm extremely concerned..
Please can someone help me as I can't even access my account to set up anything.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account at the moment. Do you have the pre-contract documents that were sent over when you signed up as they can sometimes contain the information that you're looking for.

Unfortunately I accidentally gave my email address details wrong so I haven't received any information. I have spoken to an advisor online earlier today and managed to get my email changed over. Waiting a welcome email that should be arriving within 24hrs. Hopefully this has solved the issue 🤞🏻
