Hi - wondering if this is correct. I’ve just joined virgin media but I’ve received no setup emails, just the pre contract information by text. I’ve got no order number or area reference and want to check I haven’t missed any messages before installation
That's quite normal. They will get round to it when they are ready. Have you been given a date for service to begin?
