No Response from Home Movers - money taken from my account.
Hiya!
I moved into an unserviceable area so we had to disconnect my virgin media account. No one explained the process of sending proof of moving documents until AFTER our disconnection fee was taken out of my account (£376.12).
Ive emailed the mailto:homemovers@virginmediao2.co.uk twice this week with the necessary documentation but haven’t heard anything back. I understand things may take a while, however that’s a huge amount of money that I really need back so I’m hoping someone here can help? Really worried…
