No Free TV - only promises to arrange
I took up the volt offer based on the free TV yet 3 months later I still haven't received one. I've spent hours on the phone being redirected to the wrong team or given the general enquiries number and promised I'd be contacted within the next 72 hours (twice now). I might start billing for my time!
Anyone else had the same issue - looking at taking advice about breach of contract!
