no email access

one can only assume vmo2 has fallen off the face of this earth, i feel like im a circus act with the amount of hoops i have jumped through, just to verify who i am. i have invoices to send, and tax returns to respond to. sort yourselves out please. kind regards very stressed very annoyed and very very disappointed. ps dont email me i cant get in!

    Can you advise if you still have no email access as your subject suggests, or it's resolved and you're just frustrated at the process? 

    Please let us know if you still need help and what part you are stuck on.

      Hi Tom

      No change, im stuck in the vm02 sign in loop, i have entered  all the requested info including gmail address to confirm its me, i have confirmed by clicking the link

      still no joy

      Hi Tom.

      still no access to my email account, as reported on the 24/07/2025.

      i have followed all the steps given again today to gain access, only to find im being put through the process all over agian.

      now im sending photos of invoices to my customers via messenger 

      please get a grip of this because i cant run a small business like this.

    Hello, I am also having major issues and frustrations with VM. I have spent many hours on chats and waited on phonecalls. I have followed all steps advised to me and seem to be making the issue more complicated than it was. My situation is that I have a virgin.net email that stopped syncing on 13 Jul. I have created 2 VM/O2 IDs - one of them using the virgin.net email. But.... when I try to 'Get New Password' it gives me this error message - '

    Sorry, we couldn’t create a new email app password 

    Please try again later.'   I have had several IT Tickets raised and complaints but really I am getting nowhere. Any advice PLEASE?
