No delivery date confirmation

Hi 

I received a pre-contract email, and then a further email confirming order details and that I would receive a delivery date confirmation but I have not received this, chosen delivery date was 23/7/22

Help!

    I am also have the same issue - delivery date selected as 30/03/2024 but no communication since initial purchase last week - self install bundle.

    My brother was the account holder for the line and has cancelled the broadband as he is moving out.

    I need the internet for work so ideally need this resolving ASAP
