No connection. No comms. No engineer visits

Hi,

Virgin connection suddenly stopped working 5-6 weeks ago. Router checked and OK. Suspected cable issue. Had 2 x engineer visits scheduled to fix. Failed to arrive both times. No comms from Virgin.

Absolutely hopeless company. 

Ideas anyone other than getting BT in to sort this mess.

    Hi Matthew,

    Unfortunately nothing has happened. Should of had a site visit yesterday. No one arrived. No comms from Virgin of any kind. Took day off work. Second time happened. Truly shocking.
