No auto compensation

I haven't received auto compensation for complete loss of service..I have spoken to virgin media twice who promised they would credit my account but have not..disgusting service by virgin. I am still trying to resolve this issue but virgin won't even help me.

    We're sorry to hear that you've not been given automatic compensation. Checking things here, we can see the relevant credits have been applied to the account. You will see these on your next bill that is due to be generated.

    When was your service restored? VM has 30 days, from when the service was restored, in which to credit your account with any compo due.

    Also worth noting the 2 full working day period that VM gets to fix a fault before any compo is applied.

    If VM fails to pay what you are due you would need to make a formal complaint to VM first of all then escalate to the ombudsman.
