No account number or area reference code

Hello, 

I have recently ordered a self install kit to be delivered and it was supposed to be coming today. I have tried to create an online account to track my order but cannot as I have not received the welcome email with my account number and area reference number. Please can you advise on how I would find this please? I am eager to get our broadband up and running as soon as possible. Thank you.

      Hi Bethjones 

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear you haven't had your self-installation kit. Did you have an email confirming the date this would arrive? 

      Have you had any communication from Yodel with a tracking number at all? This would be how you would track the delivery. 
      If not, have you spoken to our preinstallation team on 0800 052 1734? They'll be available from tomorrow 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, and then 8am-5pm over the weekend.

        Hi,  

        II am currently facing the same issue. Tried to login to track when the installation kit would be delivered as it was supposed to come yesterday. No account number or Reference area Code on the Information sheet. 

        I tried calling the number provided but it kept declining. 

        We are really stuck here with no wifi and no idea what to do. Can you please help me out as we would like to have this up and running and would like some information from someone. thank you.

    Hi Bethjones,

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
