Ever since virgin started asking us to use 3rd party emails I have been unable to access my primary account. Obviously I did something wrong at the time but now I can only access my secondary account. Can this be reversed in any way

Could you please log into your account and head for Emails and begin the process of generating a more secure password, this should unlock and gain access back to your emails. Its not my email that is the problem, i cant login to myvirgin account. I can only get into the secondary account. Previosly before having to use 3rd party email, i logged into the primary account wuth my wifes email and into secondary account with my email. Now i can no longer get into the primary account. If i use her address it says it cant do it but if i use the 3rd party address it takes me to secondary account

My problem is not the emails, its accessing my virgin media primary account. No matter what i do, i only get into the secondary account.
