Nightmare upgrade…

Had enough of this now, back on the 24th of November I snagged a great upgrade deal (already a VM customer, just internet)

Logged in and a nice big upgrade button selling BF offers…Should have been straight forward, few buttons and voila upgrade complete!
Nope, that would have been far to easy…

Instead we have been passed from pillar to post. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a chap called Samuel after a couple of weeks passed and not hearing anything 🤷🏼‍♂️

Gave him all the reference numbers etc for the order, to be told that the prices were wrong. Long story made shorter, he reeled off the best deal that he had and said that once he processes it the info will be passed onto another team to rectify the price, I stopped him there as he had added stuff to the package that I didn’t ask for. I asked to speak to someone in management or I’m ending the call, a bit of “salesman” waffle later and I’m still on the phone. Weird bit is I was told not to ring back until “a week on Monday” 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

since then my wife spoke to him and was given his bosses email address, Beverley

seems she must live on the moon now as she hasn’t responded at all!

attached a load of email screenshots.

we are at wits end and the first bill date is looming, if it comes out at the price Samuel forced me into the DD will be cancelled..

please can someone from VM actually get in touch please!

I can forward the full email chain.

Thanks

  • Didn’t know where to post this, figured the TV section was closest 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Sorry Mods if it’s wrong

Never mess with a VM DD mandate. Use your 14 day cooling off period instead as required.

Problem is we are now over that with being told to wait and all the messing 😞
