New user, can't verify email address
Hi,
As per some other users on this forum - I cannot verify my email address to create my online account to go with my new broadband service.
The email arrives in a minute or so, but when I click on the link to verify it says "The email sent to the below address has now expired". I have tried this many times now.
Any help appreciated.
