New unwanted contract

A few days ago Virgin Media changed my contract without my agreement.  I phoned Customer Relation twice this week and both times they agreed to reinstate my previous contract but so far they haven't acted on the promise. I don't know the reason and I drear to have to phone them up again! What else can I do?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your account at the moment. 

    The agents that you spoke to could have carried out the work as it can take up to 48 hours for any changes to take effect on your online account. Has anything been updated since you last posted? If not, we can help to get this looked into to see what's happening.

  • Hi, thank you for answering!  We contacted Virgin on the 29th of September first, and on the 30th again, the agent confirmed that we didn't want have the new contract and they would  reverse it to the previous one. The agent said it would take 72 hours but since then nothing has happened. We have raised a complaint in our account but that it can take up to 28 days to be looked into it. In the meantime the 14 day cooling off period is fast approaching and we don't want to be stuck with a contract we have never wanted. We would be grateful if you would look into it.
