new to virgin

joined virgin 3 months ago still not received account number or area code

have not heard anything from them no welcome pack with details

how can i fix this thank you for help

    If you have a monthly bill email the a/c + area code are on that.

      Thanks for your message have looked on where you said have not had anything from virgin no invoice or welcoming email nothing its like not having an account but still getting broadband.
