New order - missing character from first name
I ordered VM Broadband, TV and Phone services yesterday as a new customer.
My pre contract information came through, all details correct.
I have since received various communication by email from Virgin regarding my installation etc and the final character of my first name is missing. It should be Christopher not Christophe.
I wasn't too concerned until my direct details came through and the R is missing off those too.
I don't particularly want to be credit checked with the wrong name.
I have tried to change my name on my Virgin online account and it says max 10 characters - which I am guessing is where this issue has originated from on Virgin's internal systems.
Can someone take a look at this please?
