New order - cannot track

Hello

Yesterday I ordered tv and broadband with Virgin and received text messages to track my order etc. I cannot track my order as I’ve not received an email containing my account number. Is it possible to help me with this?

    The contract email should come through within 24 hours of the order being made. We'd recommend to check any junk or spam folders for this also.
