new deal not showing on account

I agreed a new contract on Wednesday and it isn't showing in my account yet. I have also only received the pre-contract to date. 

Just wondering how long it takes to show up?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, when you signed up for your new contract does it involve a delivery of any new equipment or software, perhaps a forwarding date of when it's to become active from? If so this can delay the contract documents to be sent as they will only be sent out upon the activation of any new services that are an upgrade that may involve equipment or active from a later date.
