New Customer/Install - Account Information Blank
Hi There,
I've recently had Virgin Fibre (XGS-PON) installed with the 1Gig package, however, when I got onto my account everything seems to be blank. I cannot view what package I have, or view any bill/billing information (when I originally could). When I login with the My Virgin app as well it still tells me that I have no service installed etc. I've also been hoping to claim a Wi-fi Pod as I'm on the Gig1 package, but alas I cannot see or add anything onto my account as it says nothing is active/installed.
