New customer trying to link accounts

Similar to so many people, I've set up a vm02 account but when I try to link a new Virgin Media account to it using my same email address I get the following message...

We’ve found your Virgin Media account

However, this account is linked to an email address that’s different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID.

If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.

We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer.

 

I've always used the same email address, so I have no idea what this other one they have on their system is. I can find any way to get any kind of support and getting to the point of sending it all back!

Any suggestions?

      Please try and use the Bing browser to link these accounts together, this should work.
