New customer can't link accounts

I'm a new customer and trying to link Virgin Media account to my Virgin Media O2 account. It finds the VM account but says email doesn't match...it does, but I can't link them. I've seen quite a few people with same issue. Please help me resolve it.

  • Didn't work even after install completed. Spent 45 mins on phone to support...they told me they will reset the account details with correct info so I can try again "in a few days"....Will see what happens and inform you of the outcome!!

    Please make sure you an active customer and fully installed otherwise this will not work.

     

  • OK. I will wait until full install completed and try again. This is not something that is mentioned when told you can set up your account!!
