New customer can't link accounts
I'm a new customer and trying to link Virgin Media account to my Virgin Media O2 account. It finds the VM account but says email doesn't match...it does, but I can't link them. I've seen quite a few people with same issue. Please help me resolve it.

Didn't work even after install completed. Spent 45 mins on phone to support...they told me they will reset the account details with correct info so I can try again "in a few days"....Will see what happens and inform you of the outcome!!
