New Customer - No account number or area reference

Hi,

I just purchased a broadband package with Virgin Media and I have received the contract details but my documents do not show any account number or area reference code. These parts of the contract were blank. 

I want to set up an online Virgin account so i can manage stuff online but it won’t let me register or sign up without these details. 

Please can someone help to fix this?
