New Customer - Can't link Account

Good evening,

I am unable to link my Virgin Media O2 ID with my Virgin Account, and access E-Billing.

I am told "We've found your Virgin Media account"  but it is registered to another email address?

This isn't right?  Im a new customer.

Despite this, I have tried all of my email addresses and nothing is working.  Why is this happening?

I have been a customer in the past, so maybe its due to this?

Can i raise a ticket please to resolve this issue please?  Not having access to billing information is a bit of a dealbreaker unfortunatley.
