New Customer - Cannot create My Virgin Media Account

i am having this issue as well. i have only had this service for 1 month. i have not been able to set up an account i didnt even have a welcome email with my account number on its taken me to have to live chat to get that sorted. i have an IT ticket for this matter but this should not be this difficult to set up and it should be straight forward so you can mange your account from day one.

    Have you been able to find your account details to attempt to create your account, or do you need those details confirmed?
