New Contract

Hi.  Is there a VM rep that could privat message me please.  I am having sleepless nights as need to do a new deal and really worried and would like to discuss in PM please? Thanks.

    As this is a Community Forum, not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up. If your need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly on 0345 454 1111

    However the VM Mods here do not deal with account pricing, so you would need to ring and discuss pricing with retentions.

    Have no fears if you are coming to the end of your contract as it automatically converts to a rolling monthly, meaning all your services will keep working.

    The best way forward is to call VM and choose the "thinking of leaving option" and ask if there is a better deal. Tell the agent if you can do without some items, Kids channel or whatever. It may actually cost you less to include phone in your bundle (you may think you'll never use it but quite handy to call VM for free on 150 or be an emergency backup).

  • Have you checked your My Virgin Media account to see if you have a renewal offer, you do get offered a renewal option less than the roll over price to the non discounted contract you are supposed to be paying.

    Due to my experience with the last 2 online renewals not working you will need to make screenshots of your renewals and then come back to the forum for help if nothing happens. The forum team will then help sort it out. 🤞
