New Contract
I am having a nightmare dealing with Virgin Media, staff don’t ring back and asking to speak ta a manager is beyond belief. After at least 8 attempts in asking one finally rang me back late one evening,
However because he did not want to deprive me off my sleep he said he would call me back the next day. At 9.30 pm, my phone rang for one ring only then stopped, the call was from VM whom I immediately rang them only to be told the office was now closed.
I can only assume it was the Manager letting the phone ring once so he has a return call registered to me.
i have been told a pack of lies and dealt with so many people that have just disconnect the call and never rung back, I was promised the fastest broadband speed, we got the same speed we were on,
Told them I did not want the telephone contract, I got that. Told them I did not want two bills which I now have. I have asked for the tapes of the conversation from the rep who I dealt with, five weeks to receive them I was told.
it is so frustrating dealing with this company and it’s staff, any advice would be appreciated.
