New Contract
I recently objected to the huge increase in my monthly payment and was offered a different deal which provided incremental increases over two years which I accepted. I then received an email providing me with details of my new contract which was completely different to that agreed.
I have tried every means to contact you and needed to talk on the phone to an agent but found this impossible to do. You have my contact details mobile and land line ...if you cannot confirm that you can correct this error then please call me to discuss. I am thinking of leaving you not least of all because of appaling poor communication but also trying to have me accept a 26% uplift in monthly payments.
