New Contract

Hi,

Yesterday I had an email about changing to 360. So I did all that and noticed that my contract had expired so I started a new one.

In the meantime, I have an email about the new contract, so all looked good.

But then I had an email with the old contract and the 360 order on it.

When I log into my account, all I can see is the old contract.

Can I ask my account be checked, as it looks like the 360 order reverted it back. (But it might be just have to wait a few days).

Cheers

VM contracts don't expire unless you expressly cancel it.  They just change from 18 months to 30 day rolling.  It would have been better not to take a new contract, but just let the old one roll on.  You will now, most likely, be tied into another 24 months.?

Well that is the problem, I signed up for another 24 months and got the new contract through the email, as expected - all good.

And then an updated current one (30day rolling one, if you prefer )  with the 360 came later.

So I just want to check the 24 months has gone.

        Hi toneh

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any confusion. If the contract has ended, then you agreed a new discount, this would come with a new minimum period (24 months).

I'll send you a PM now to look into the specifics.
