New Contract
My contract is due for renewal and I wasn't happy with the new cost. I went on the Chatline and eventually after 3 hours chatting I agreed a new contract. I then received the new contract by a link from a text and the document said I had approved it. However, when I opened it the charges were higher than what I had agreed, the agent said there would a be a credit raised each month for the difference but I distrust Virgin to get it right and they won't send a contract with the correct amounts on. I have spent over 5 hours on the chatbox today for nothing.
