New Contract

My contract is due for renewal and I wasn't happy with the new cost. I went on the Chatline and eventually after 3 hours chatting I agreed a new contract. I then received the new contract by a link from a text and the document said I had approved it. However, when I opened it the charges were higher than what I had agreed, the agent said there would a be a credit raised each month for the difference but I distrust Virgin to get it right and they won't send a contract with the correct amounts on. I have spent over 5 hours on the chatbox today for nothing.

 

  • Hi Wirewolf thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding the contract.

    If it's a manual recurring credit this won't show on your contract, as it's not an adjustment to the contract it is just deducted from your bill each month.

    I do appreciate the lack of confidence though when you can't physically see it, so let me send you a PM so I can check and reassure you.
