New contract

I have just signed a new contract started date 5.2.25 and I have received my documents with this extra charge as shown below could anyone enlighten please.

Your new monthly bundle cost is £29.52   Your next bill will be £38.43 which includes £8.91 to cover your changes up until your next bill period.

Thanks for any help.

    Welcome back to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your billing concerns. 

    This sounds like you've made a package change to a higher bill amount maybe. As you pay in advance for your services, you might find that if you make changes to your package mid-billing cycle the next bill will include price differences between the dates that were previously paid in your previous bill.

      After looking at my new bill further  your reply seems correct, the difference between my bill due February and the next one due March is the sum added to the March bill, I would then assume it will be the correct bundle price in April as agreed per contract.
