New contract
I have today agreed to a new contract deal offered on my virgin media account, I have received the contract documents and a order summery with todays date on via email but my account is still showing my old Contract and the offer I have accepted is still showing as available, should my account should have been updated my now ? Thanks for any help.
Mine took two days to process. I received an email confirmation once the back office team had implemented
