New contract via Virgin Media app upgrades

Anyone else had a problem with this.Upgraded via the app after being offered upgrades because we are near the end of our contract.That was the 18th of last month and now been sent an email saying we would be paying £30more a month for the exact same service we have now.Phoned VM customer service and was met with apathy,they just said can you prove it. Unlucky for them I can as I have the original pre contract email but surely VM can check thier own emails.Long story short , I still don't have my speed upgrade or my o2 sim, raging as I told my other company I was leaving an o2 now have my number.This one is going to ofgem as Iam tired of VM trying to rip me off every 18 months. Iam a customer of over twenty years and can honestly say the company is getting worse not better.

      Hi obanite89 thanks for your reply.

      I did finish at 4pm yesterday (which was the moment you replied to me unfortunately), and on the late shift this week so just started today.

      Please note that although sometimes PM's are instant responses, it's dependent on workload as we deal with other customers simultaneously so it's not necessarily a live chat.

      I'll respond to your PM's now and can hopefully get you the help you need.
