New contract sent to old email

Hi, I renewed my contract online the contract was sent to an old email address I no longer use also the contract has not appeared in my account. The renewal date was 12/10/2024

  • so was mine even tho on our account settings it was showing the new one

        Hello

        I have exactly the same problem as Maz69. The email on my contract is [removed], but my bills go to [removed] Please advise me how to change the email on my contract. Thank you.
