New contract sent to old email address

I've just renewed my plan, and the contract has been sent to an email address that was deleted a very long time ago!

This seems to be a common problem, as there are lot of posts about this, and I understand I need to create a private message, but don't know how to do so.

Can you please advise?

    We're sorry to hear your contact email address isn't up to date. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
