New contract not starting
My contract was up and so I contacted customer services to get a new deal.
After a bit of chat, we got to a good deal for me at 51 a month and all the paperwork went through so all good.
I then get a notice saying my new payment is 95 a month. After 2 hours talking to various people and being fobbed off, they eventually said they could do me a deal for 56 a month! Err no give me what we had already agreed, surely not that hard.
After another hour with someone else they finally said they had sorted it. I got paperwork through again and they said they would monitor it to make sure it went through OK.
Guess what? Advance payment notice through today for the 95 a month contract.
Is there someone who I can speak to directly without it taking hours out of my day to get this sorted?
What are the chances of any sort of compensation for this s£%t show of customer service?
