New contract not shown on website. No email.
Good Morning,
I spoke to the renewals team on the 4th April and accepted a new deal. I was text messaged a contract which i signed and has been uploaded (03100003363168). However this contract hasn't been uploaded onto the website. I also never received an email with a confirmation.
My old contract has now expired and the website is showing that all of my discounts have run out and my bill is nearly £200. Whenever i log in, i keep getting prompts to "renew now" etc
From reading the other posts it appears that there was about a seven day delay in some getting added, however mine is now over two weeks.
I was wondering whether someone can have a look and confirm that my new contract is actually in place, and get it added to the website.
