New contract not showing
I signed up to a new 18 month contreact on the 20th of February but as yet my account page is still showing I'm out of contract and is offering renewals. can someone look into this please as I had the same issue when the contract last ran out, and it was only with the help of Vicky on here that it gort resolved.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with getting a contract that you agreed to applied. As mentioned above by newapollo, it can take up to 14 days for the Back Office teams to pick this up.
Even though we're still just inside that time frame, we can check to see if there's been an issue applying the deal.
