New contract déjà vu

Hi forum team,

Renewed my contract Friday 10th October through an offer in My Virgin Media account, received the emails but nothing has happened yet and nothing in my orders. I know it hasn't been 14 days yet which is what they say it can take. The same thing happened last time I renewed through my MVM account and nothing happened then, it was the wonderful Akua_A who sorted it out.

I hope someone can help this time, copies of the emails and screenshots are available. 🤞

    Sorry you are having to go through the renewal process again.

    I will try my best to keep up the same level of service as Akua_A.

    It's just a case of psassing security over a private message first, which I will send right away.
