New Contract Broadband
Hi is there someone can help me as I been on the line for ages with VM and I still haven’t had any answer to what is happening, I got the contract summary when I applied online (just wanted to make sure it went through okay) & my install date is all and I have not had any clear answers from VM instead I’m still clueless as I have had no updates about it just I wanted to know more than anything did it go through ok as I usually do it by phone when taking contracts but I saw this deal for a new customer and did the credit check etc then accepted it then nothing? Thanks
