New Contract - Existing Login

We left virgin media back in June after selling our flat and didnโ€™t renew due to moving into temp accommodation.

We have just moved into our new house and I set up a new contract for the house but when I log into my existing account using the email address that I used for my new contract itโ€™s only showing my old contract. How can I add my new contract to an existing login?

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties getting the online account set up with your current account information. 

    You'd need to register again from scratch ๐Ÿ‘‰ virg.in/myVM using your new account information (new account number). 

    If you have difficulties with this, you may need to get your login transferred over to from your former account to the current one. Sadly we can't help do this via our online platforms, but the team on the phone can lend a hand if you give them a call on ๐Ÿ“žCall: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.
